My tracking number doesn't work. What should I do?
If you just received your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be registered in our system. Also, please double-check the number for any typos. If it still doesn’t work after 24 hours, contact the sender to verify the number is correct.
My package status hasn't updated in a few days. Is it lost?
Not necessarily. It’s common for a package to go several days without a new scan while it is in transit between major hubs or undergoing customs clearance. If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Can I change the delivery address for my package?
Once a package is in transit, changing the delivery address is often not possible due to security and logistical reasons. However, please contact our customer service team with your tracking number, and we will advise if any options are available for your specific shipment.
